“Everyone has a plan, until they get punched in the face”.
People get home insurance so they can prepare for the worst, but no one really expects it to happen to them.
Water losses, fire damages and many other kinds of tragedies hit home owners all across America every day, but what are you supposed to do when it happens? Who is going to help you? Why should these
people help you versus another company?
The Bottom Line
At Baxter Construction we spend countless hours preparing and studying the newest techniques in water, fire, smoke, mold, and even trauma mitigation.
When you call with a job for us, our 24/7 team wastes no time in making our way to your home
or business. You are greeted by our fully IICRC certified team of technicians and they get to
work. We make sure that any source of damage is stopped as soon as possible and mitigate
the problem as efficiently as possible. When it comes to water damage, time is not on your
side, so it is our mission to mitigate the situation and do it fast.
At Baxter Construction, we spare no expense to have the best equipment possible so that we can be in and out of your home as efficiently as we can, while making you and your family as comfortable as possible with the whole process.
If you are like most people, you will have questions throughout the entire process, and our highly experienced team is more than able and willing to get you any answer to the questions you have. After all mitigation work is complete, we have a full custom cabinet shop and a full repair crew to put your home or business back in order.
Do you have that family recipe for the perfect stuffing, apple pie, or turkey? Every family claims
to have the best, but most people agree that they vary quite a bit. The one thing that remains
constant is not burning your house down in the process.
As we get bundled up and start preparing for family gatherings and other holiday events, it is
important to remember our safety precautions: keep an eye on your oven, cook with appropriate
materials, keep flammable items away from heaters, and make sure your smoke detectors are
in proper working order. Fire and smoke damages can be devastating, and they are the last
thing that you want in your home.
Luckily Baxter Construction LLC is here to pick up the pieces in your time of need. Our 24/7
team is ready to help you secure your home, mitigate any fire, smoke, or water damage done,
clean all of your household contents, and work with your insurance agents to put your home
back exactly the way that you want it.
Household losses/disasters are like oatmeal raisin cookies, the smaller the better but none of them are good. Whether you have a small leak in your roof, or your sewer backs up and floods your whole house, you are inconvenienced in one way or another. You have the stress of something so small or large ruining an investment that you put a lot of time and money into. Nothing puts a damper on your mood quite like telling your extended family that you need to relocate your long-awaited Thanksgiving dinner to a Denny’s because the main floor of your house had the entirety of the block’s wastewater run through it the night before (yes, it happens).
If any of the above sent a little bit of anxiety through your spine, then I would say you had the appropriate response. If dealing with an endless stream of chunky grey water running through your home doesn’t scare you then I don’t know what will. The good news is you do not have to deal with that kind of stress alone (if the case should ever arise).
Baxter Construction has a full ICRC certified team ready to serve you 24/7, 365 days a year. We will deal with any problem you throw at us, so that when you feel like your plans are going down the toilet, you have a team behind you that you can depend on.
During the pandemic, Baxter Construction’s First Response Team freely offered to apply a medical grade disinfectant that is plant based to the interior of all the fire stations and fire trucks in fire Yakima, East Valley, Moxee, West Valley, Selah, Gleed, and Naches.
They also offered car fogging to the public for half-off of the normal price. Cold fogging aerosolizes the disinfectant so it can get into areas that cannot be wipe by hand. Per EPA, this kills COVID-19, Salmonella, MIRSA, E. coli, Influenza A, H1N1, HIV and more!
All payments that were over $65 were considered donations to help with first responder vehicles.
We would like to convey our thoughts and prayers to those who are involved and affected by the Schneider Creek Fire.
Baxter Construction’s thoughts are with all those involved in the Evans Canyon Fire. We would like to acknowledge and thank all those on the front lines working to contain this fire. We wish for continued safety for all fire crews, emergency personnel, residents in the area, and all others involved.
At this time, we would like to extend our resources to those affected by the fire. Our services include:
- Emergency pack-out (special belongings or complete home)
- Air purification
- Smoke damage
- Pressure washing
- Structure loss
Those affected by the Selah fire will receive a $500.00 good neighbor credit on an insurance claim.
